Ara Haroutiounian, M.S. - Consulting / Strategy

Ara Haroutiounian has over 10 years of individual, group and organizational consulting experience with a successful track record of positive outcomes for clients. Clients often express a deep appreciation for the consistent growth he is able to facilitate. He has worked with organizations of all sizes, from large systems such as the Sisters of Providence Health System to entrepreneurial start-ups like Bad Kitty Design. He consistently provides clients the tools and space to stretch their abilities, awareness and skills. His projects have included organizational restructuring, executive and management coaching, strategy development, and facilitating the work of executive teams, Boards of Directors, and family businesses.

As a thought leader, Ara has served as faculty for conferences at various academic institutions, including UCLA and University of San Diego’s Leadership Institute and he is an Advisory Board Member for the UCLA Center for the Study of Organizational and Group Dynamics. In addition, Ara developed a course and instructs UCLA resident psychiatrists in applying the principles of organizational and group dynamics to their work at the VA Greater LA HealthSystem.

Articles he has written were published in academic journals such as The Journal of Management Education, as well as practitioner oriented journals such as The Wisdom of ASTD-LA. Ara holds a Master of Science in organizational psychology and is completing the requirements for a Ph. D.. His areas of expertise include: Group dynamics, emergent leadership, high performance teams and systems theory.

 

Serineh Mardirousi - Vice President, Finance

As our director of vice president of finance, Serineh is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating accounting, investing, banking, insurance, securities, and other financial activities of Neolynx, Inc.

Serineh brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. As V.P. of Finance, she is looked upon for guidance and company growth.
